Hi lovesalt!

That bubble coral looks fantastic! How long have you had it in your reef?

Taking pictures of our tanks can become another (expensive) hobby in it's own. Getting the right angle, distance, lighting, etc. can be tricky but when everything is right, the pictures can look awesome! If your like us, we take about 1,000,000 pictures of the tank to get about 10 to turn out very good.

Congrats and keep up the good work,
Scott Z.

Thanks Scott

My bubble coral has been with me for 1 1/2 years. It really makes a difference when you feed them the krill.

LOL I also take LOTS of pictures and erase most of them, blurry, too far away etc. Digital cameras are great but it is terribly difficult to get a good picture of fast swimming fish.

My clam is the best subject, as he doesn't move!!

Hi April

Very nice looking tank you got there
Which camera are you using? Does it have a autofocus feature? I'm not a pro at taking pics by far,but I usualy set my cameras focus option to auto and it helped me alot. That bubble coral is very nice indeed.

Gene

I have a C-740 Ultra Zoom Olympus. I use the autofocus most of the time. I get pretty good pics. I am playing with the manual focus to get some macro shots.

I am still playing with it to get the best pics

thanks for the compliment on the bubble coral.
