Question What is the age of your tank(s)?

Just thought it would be interesting to find out the age of everyones tank(s).

If your tank is older than the options given on the poll, please post and let us know.

Give some of the statistics for your tank if you like.

As for me, my tank has not been born yet. It is due in about 2 weeks or so. You might say I'm "expecting".

i voted 2 years....

my 120 will be 2 years this november..but it contains the entire contents of my previous 3-1/2 year old 93g...so most of my liverock and sand are about five years old now-some of my corals too-though not too many-ive been moving away from the softies and have sold a bunch off.

Age of Tank

My 125H turns 15 years old this weekend. There is an original Mandarin Goby, original button polyps, and a slew of mushrooms from the first year.

My 225 Fish only tank is about 8 years old. With 8 year old blue tangs, purple tangs, and the clowns I cycled the tank with.

My 120g sps tank was 5 yrs. in January. My 180g was 2 yrs. old last December. I still have the original 6 green chromis and the purple tang that went into that tank. The purple now resides in my 180 though.

My blue reef chromis spawned over the weekend. I kept wondering why she kept biting me when I would feed them. I got to looking with my magnifying glass and sure enough eggs all over the overflow box and a power head that is backed up into that corner.

I have good news. My tank was born last Monday afternoon 6-2-03. Well it was running on Sunday night but i didn't add any live rock (life) until Monday afternoon so i will think of Monday as it's birthday.

Now comes the hard part of waiting for it to cycle..........
