I used the kyolic liquid garlic and just thawed the food in it. It is water soluble which is the main concern using any kind of garlic. I don't think you can just dose it into the water though. Is this form not available to you? Does GNC have a web site that you can order through?

You can use fresh garlic. As I remember the juice from one clove can be mixed with 1/2 pound(250g) of food. this was the reccomended rate for discus.

I used McCormick garlic juice. I thawed brine shrimp in about a tablespoon of it and added the whole thing to the tank 1x daily.

If the capsules are powder than mix with a little water and make a paste. than add dry fish food to absorb most of the fluids. Or e-mail me and I can ship you some. You just pay for shipping,. Can't be that expensive. The shiiping that is.
Good Luck
