Feeding is a feed and observe kind of thing, as opposed to 1x, 1.5x, etc.

It also depends a lot on what kind of critter we are talking about.

Many critters are grazers, and like to nibble all day. Tangs are a good example of this. They can nibble on a piece of nori clipped to the tank wall, but should still be fine with a meaty meal, just once a day.

But to pull a number out of the air, your overall consumption will probably increase about 50%.
