J's are always pronounced 'H' in Spanish [img]/ubb/wink.gif[/img]
and the 'H' is not pronounced at all, unless it's after a 'C', like 'Ch'ili peppers, lol
G's are pronounced like 'H' when they are before 'E' and 'I' only, like Jor'ge'.
