I've decided to try to treat my food with the garlic treatment I've read about. The problem I'm having is that I'm not sure exactly how to go about soaking the food. I went to a grocery store and bought minced garlic in water. The ingredients are minced garlic, vinegar, water, sugar, citric acid, and natural garlic flavor. This was the only thing I could find besides garlic. Should I use this or buy garlic and add water to it? Also, what should the ratio of garlic, food, and water be? I don't want to do more harm than good so I want to do this right. Also, I noticed my lfs has a bottle of Kick-Ick. I heard it was good at treating this. Should I also use this? Should I use them both, or just use one or the other?
