75g Tank For Sale In DFW

I have a 75g tank for sale. The stand and canopy are maybe a year old....The tank itself is an Oceanic Tank that is maybe 3 years old. It has no noticeable scratches. Unfortunately it is not Reef Ready....

I currently have it setup as a saltwater setup. I will include all the rock I have in it(needs to be scrubbed and is about 80lbs worth) all the sand you want, I will also include either a Fluval 303 canister filter or a sea-life systems sump rated for a 200g tank. I do not have an overflow however. The pictures I have are old and are when I had it setup for a freshwater setup.......I live in North Dallas(George Bush and Coit area)

I would like 400 bux for it all but am willing to entertain offers and trades
