45gal reef F/S DFW AREA

I have a 45 gal with:
50lbs+ live rock, 50lbs live sand, 2 bio-wheels, 1 prizm skimmer, 1 300+ power head, 2 Compact High Output Lights 130Watts. in custom hood, 2 moon lights, 2 timmers W/ Power strip, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 peppermint shrimp, 2 damsels, ! yellow watchman goby, 10 blue leg crabs, 10 red-leg crabs, 15 turbo snails, 1 sand sifting star, frog spawn corral, button polyps, mushroom corral, 1 christmas tree corral rock, 1 heater, and i think thats it. The tanks is about 2 years old, and no disease's. I am looking into another hobby and need to free up some cash. $400.00 obo please email me ketih@kpohlmeyer.com need gone asap.
