I am in need of PC, VHO, or retro kits/parts. My wife and I decided to turn our 40L into a mixed tank. I currently have it running with 22lbs of live rock, 10lbs live sand, and 5 lbs of live crushed coral. I am running 3 Hagen Aqua 30w fluorescent's ( I put in canopy ). I think it is bright, but my LFS said I needed more power ( lumens ) to put in corals, which the misses wants a few of. I am basically looking for discarded stuff, mostly a ballast that will run 200 - 300 watts. We just did not realize how much $$$$$$$$$ it takes to get started, and now we are LOW on $. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
