Looking for a saltwater reef set-up

I'm ready to start my saltwater aquarium.

I would like an aquarium 90 - 150 gallons but it can't be longer than 48" long, I would even consider a corner or bowfront. I would like to purchase a used system from someone getting out of the hobby and they could trust that it would be well taken care of. I live in Mid-Michigan but am willing to travel to pick it up. Please reply or email adell@mutualdata.com if you can help.

And thanks for all the postings and information, it's been a great wealth of information.

Just a thought. Have you tried ebay? Do a search for aquariums and put in a distance of 100 miles to see what you can get. I have a bow front but live in Arizona.

I have been on ebay searching thoroughly for about a month now. I'd even travel up to 500 miles. I'm just not finding the tank I want. Are 120 and 150 gallon tanks hard to care for or people just don't get rid of them? There are a lot of 72" ones also, but I need 48". Phoenix is quite a ways but thanks.

Are you looking for tank only? I live in northern MI and have a 48"Lx18"Wx24"H drilled (back left) 90 gallon tank I want to sell. No overflow box but no leaks at last use, used for about 2 years from new. I moved to Alpena and just didn't have the room to set it up (I built a smaller acrylic tank).

Where in mid MI are you??

PM me if interested
