2 skimmers for sale
hello guys, i am selling 2 skimmers as the wife says that 1 more skimmer in the house equals me out the house. both skimmers work very well, the reason i am selling them is if you have read any of my posts you will find that i change skimmers like i change underwear...... about once every couple of months>>>>>huh???? well maybe i change my under wear a little more often. the skimmers are ........a via aqua in sump skimmer. it worked great on my 55 all fish tank. it is a little large but the collection cup is huge it holds about a quart of skimate. it is being soaked in my bathtub right now(yet another reason why my wife hates my skimmers) asking price is 60.00 plus shipping. it is in very good condition.
the second skimmer is a berlin non turbo skimmer that was used on my 125 reef, it has an upgraded pump on it( surge 6000)as the secret to berlin's is to over pump them. it worked fantastic and i have pics of the skimate that it pulled. i know all of the berlin stories but it is a underated skimmer as it just needs to be over pumped for it to work great. asking price for that 1 is 75.00 plus shipping. thanks for looking guys. |
