Sand Sifting Reef Snails Illynassarius Obsoleta and Grape Caulerpa Caulerpa racemosa

Sand Sifting Reef Snails - Illynassarius Obsoleta

These reef snails are soft and stony coral safe. Great for cleaning sand beds, refugia, sumps and keeping your tank glass clean. They are perfect for a refugia or scrubber preferring to chow down on brown diatoms and cyano/slime algae .

Its recommended that you keep 1-2 of these snails per gallon. These little snails cruise through the substrate like little moles. They like to eat the detritus stuck in the substrate and almost instantly appear from under the sand bed during feeding time. In the process they turn your substrate over helping to keep it clean and helping to lower phosphates and other harmful toxins .
These snails will clean you glass , your sand and rock ! Highly recommended as a member of your cleaning crew. One of the most ideal scavenger and detritus eaters, these snails are perfect for the reef aquarium, quickly consuming detritus, uneaten food, decaying organics, and fish waste they are by far the hardest working snails in any of my reef tanks there always on the go ! .15 cent each.. Grape caulerpa caulerpa racemosa Beautiful macroalgae not only looks great but works great as well . Absorbs excess phosphates nitrates heavy metals and toxins which will discourage unwanted algaes in your tank . Along with these portions of caulerpa you will most likely recieve a few amphipods copepods mysid shrimp and even an occasional brittle star or snail $2.50 portions approx one cup . Shipping runs usually between $4 and $7 per order sometimes more depending on location and weight of order . Please feel free to contact me with any questions at N.LELEUPI@Netzero.com
