Im not 100% sure but the book
Wilkerson, Joyce D.: Clownfishes: A Guide to Their Captive Care, Breedin I believe has some literature on anenomones in it. I just ordered it and am waiting for it to come in the mail....So im not for sure  most other Reef books have SOME info on em but not alot....Thats a very valid question though....there should be a book dedicated to just anenomones.

Yes, Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson does contain a lot of information on clownfish-hosting sea anemones.
