I am going to be selling my Ice Cap 430 ballast w/heat, and an Ice Cap Timer and the new end caps for the 4 bulbs ( bulbs not included ). It does need a wiring harness which you can pick up all over the place. I am switching to a new lighting system of t5's and MH. I was thinking $100 + shipping obo.
