caulerpa swap

Hi all,

I have a lot of caulerpa that I would love to trade for whatever you happen to have extra - mushrooms, polyps, even different types of caulerpa! Unfortunately, I don't have a digital camera, so I can only describe.

The caulerpa was labeled as disc caulerpa when I purchased it. I believe it is a form of C. racemosa, a type of grape caulerpa with smaller "buds" that resemble shallow cups or discs. It grows very nicely in reef tanks and clumps well - you can pack a lot of it into a small space. Best of all, it grows VERY fast under reef lighting; my average growth under 6.5 wpg is about an INCH PER DAY for each strand! Great stuff for filling sumps!

If you're at all interested, please drop me an email: jdahling@vt.edu

Hope to hear from you!
