Two Advance Ballast 71A3802 250 Watt

I have these two ballast I purchased to go with my next tank, looks like I am going for the 400watts though. These are the Advance Ballast without the capacitor. They are both new and have never been fired up. I paid $30 a peice for them, asking $40.00 for the set plus shipping. I prefer USPS as they are 5 minutes from my house and are cheap to ship with.
