Why so expensive? You can buy the pump brand new for $149 or less from evey online or mail order pet shop. Lower the price and I might buy it.

i think this one is an japan motor?? which is going for $235 @ PA. not the anerican motor that u guys r thinking about.

MD models are Japanese WHICH MINE IS
WMD are american AND LESS MONEY Thanks for the posts guys. Do a little research before you reply with price quotes for pumps made in different countries.

well just for the sake of the poster he did say md40rlt =japanese pressure pump.wmd40rlt = usa. But if you don't know iwaki pumps you may be in a quandry. But for those who do it's easy to understand.
