fair price for 450 gallon

i posted threads about a 450 gallon never used custon tank. made with starphire glass. would like to know what other reeferes aout there think a fair price would be to sell it at.

by the way i practically did send mitch blue prinits for this tank. they wer very specific. anyways please let me know your thoughts. i hae been getting a mixed bag of thoughts.

3500 sounds like a decent price for a tank like that. If wome one is looking for a tank of that size then the money shouldnt be a big a deal considering they will spend another 5-10K setting it up right.
If I had the money and the house I would buy it.

"Fair market value" is whatever someone is willing to pay. Realistically, I don't think you can expect any more than 80% of what you paid retail, without regard to shipping, and that would be an upper end of the range. The lower end of the range is probably 60% of what you paid. So, if you paid $3200, that would give you a range of $1920 - $2560.

Fishguru it was 400.00 extra for brian to deliever it to me from Fla. I live in Ga so it will save me alot of money for shipping. That price was to bring me the tank and stand. If you want a tank and stand any size call Brian and see what he can do for you. I've heard he does great custom stands. very high quality built. heres his site. www.standsbydesign.com
