Arrow Large Rose BTA clone for sale; make offer!

My rose BTA split in two a couple weeks ago; I would like to sell the clone. Its hard to see the clone as he is behind the rocks, but it looks like he is the bigger half. Original size of the BTA was approx. 12" across, I'd say the clone is at least 6" across if not more. I have repositioned the water flow towards him more hoping to get him to move out in the open so that I can take a picture of him. He is eating very well, I feed about every 3 days.

Make me an offer I can't refuse I'd prefer local pick-up in Scottsdale AZ; I have never shipped before and really not sure how to go about it - but might consider if you tell me how, etc. - buyer would pay full price of shipping.

Here is a pic of the original BTA on 3/29/02 before it split:

    Cool

Have you sold the rose bta clone yet?

    I'm very interested in it.

I'll send you an e-mail or PM to make you an offer.

    Thank you,

At the suggestion of others, I am no longer accepting trade offers for the BTA. It was felt that it was unethical to list an auction and cancel it if I receive a better trade offer. I have to admit they have made me "see the light"

Sooo, the BTA will be sold through auction only. Auction listing is here:

For a 6"+ captive clone. You bet your arse it went for over $200. Check out Cquarium and any other online vendors. These things are getting premium dollars right now. I heard from my lfs that his vendor is now selling them to the highest bidder. The drive to get roses is nuts.

WOwee. I just saw one at a LFS about 2 months ago selling for $150 (6-8") and I thought that was expensive.
