trying to sell all livestock and rock. honestly, it's become a bit overgrown, and i'd prefer to start over in my new (permanent) home. no fixed price expected, willing to work with reasonable offers (e.g., 20%-50% of LFS prices) after potential buyer has seen what they're getting.
