New IceCap 3000 ballast

I have a brand new IceCap 3000 ballast and wiring harness. Web costs are $70. This ballast will light 110W - see:

OK gang - I've lowered the price to $50 + shipping. This is as low as I'll go. I originally wanted to use it to build another lighting system. See:
