Ice --

What kind of info are you looking for? These fish are pretty easy to keep, if you give them big enough tanks and the right kinds of tank mates. Don't feed them live feeder goldfish. They are easy to train to eat frozen/dead meals like krill, silversides -- any meaty, ocean food. How old is your lion and how big?

what size tank do you have him in?

Be careful with medications -- they are scaleless fish and sensitive to stuff like copper and Greenex.

Hi ICEQUBE!

These can get pretty big; depending on the species from 15-25cm, which is probably a bit too big for your 35 gallon aquarium. Also from your previous post I would highly recommend focusing on your nitrate problem before adding anything else to your aqaurium; the results of the lower nitrate will be well worth it in the long run.

Regards,
Scott Z.

My aquarium is a 35 gallon long aquarium..........and i plan to just have him in there with my live rock..........i due to plan to upgrade the aquarium in about a year so this tank wont be his perment home..........as far as my nitrates they are below 50 now for sure...........and i have to do one more 10 gallon water change..........Dont get me wrong i do realize the size these fish get.............and i will not be getting him until i do get my nitrates at least at the 25ppm area.........i am just trying to get some information on them for now

Thanks for the reply,
Dave
