Wink Damsel Problem :(

I have a 46 gal bow front with 50 lb of live rock and I put in two Blue with yellow twil damsels. Well the one damsel killed the other one, so my question is I want to put a Flame Angel,a Hippo Tang (Dory from Nemo Movie) a Clown Fish (Nemo) is there any special order I should put them in the tank? How do I stop the damsel from attacking the new fish??

Thanks

I would take out the damsel, mine did the same thing, I think they are sooo used to being with like 20 other fish in a tank @ the store that when there is just two of them they get territorial, I started with 2 and one killed the other, so I named the one that was still alive Basrard lol, I thought it was a fitting name. Anyways, I wouldnt add the other fish with him in there.

I think a 46 gallon tank is a little small for a tang.

Hippo tang will outgrow a 46 gal, but if you plan to go bigger in the future you can start out with a smaller hippo, as they seem to grow fairly slowly. After getting rid of the damsel--and, yes you have to do this before you put anything else in the tank. You'll have to remove most of the rock and water and get several friends to help capture the little bugger, so be prepared with a pizza and beer reward.

Anyway, with the fish you want the order of introduction should be clownfish Nemo first, Nory Hippo tang second, flame angel third after 2-3 week quarentine if possible. It's been my experience that the flame stresses a bit more than the others and causes an outbreak of ich, so watch closely.
