Talking My New fishes

Hi guys iam back! Some of u might remember i got white spots on my regal tang and ended up killing all my fishes. Well i have waited for more then a month and i have gone and bought some more fishes. I now got a sailfin Tang. A purple tang. a baby yellow tang. and a dotty back.
iam going to wait a while before i get Clownfish and try my luck again with regal tang.

And this time iam perpared for white spots. I bought $100 worth of white spots medicine. And if i seen one little white spots iam going to dump the medicine in!

Hey Force did your Local Fish Store sell you all those Tangs at the same time? If so YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO!!!! A good rule of thumb is only 1 tang per tanK!!! All the Tangs you mentioned will go after the same food, so you may be in for a war between those fish. And remember after you let your tank sit for a month it is almost the same as starting over from scratch!! So your Ammonia and Nitrite will prob rise rapidly causing stress to the fish, which will bring out the White spots again!!!! And even with the medicine in hand, you are treating the symptom not the cause... My advice try and return 2 of 3 tangs and get store credit for now, then in a month add 1 fish NOT a Tang then in another month add again...

Congrats on your new fishes!!!

That's quite a bit of tang for one tank -- how big is yours? Did you get all these guys at once? That might be a lot of bioload for your tank to handle all at once.

What did you buy? That's a LOT to spend on ich and some of the stuff that's out there is not worth your hard earned cash. I personally stick with copper and formalin.
