What your think about BIo spira. I just put it in my 30 gal. tank. with two damsel and 12 lb of life rock? what else do i need to do to let my tank cycle?

I'm not even sure what Bio spira is (I've been working too many hours lately) but you do not need anything else to cycle your tank, in fact you have more than you need. As you probably have read, the damsels will probably give you headaches down the road, just too darn aggressive. The live rock is all that was needed to cycle the tank; the amount of time it would take would depend on if the rock was cured or not prior to you getting it.

all the rock is cured. do i need to do any water change when i cycle? how would i know when the cycle is finish? if all my test result is 0 then is the cycle finish?

Water changes can slow the cycle down a bit; I wouldn't bother with doing any until after the cycle is complete.

The cycle is complete when the ammonia and nitrite have risen and fallen and are at 0. Your nitrates will rise as well but it will be ok to assume the tank is cycled once the ammonia and nitrite rise and fall. If you used cured liverock, it will help speed the cycle along. 20-25lbs would have been a bit better and would have sped your tank right through the cycle.

Remember that when the cycle is complete that there is enough bacteria in the aquarium to handle the waste production of the current bio-load. Any additions to the tank will put a strain on the bacteria until the population grows to handle the new additions. With this in mind, keep new additions slow and to a minimum, regardless of the buying impulse.
