Yep. Hardky know they're running. Just a faint hiss of water being sprayed into the skimmer. Iown 3 of them, 1 remora with the Maxi-jet 1200, 1 remora pro with aRio 1400, and 1 pro with a mag 5. All very quiet.

Some people report that they are noisy, I think the difference is in the individuals noise tolerance level. As BoomerD stated, there is a hissing noise from the water being pumped through the injector but it isn't bad at all; at least not on the Urchin in sump models.
