There are a lot of thread in here to help you out with your ich problem,. I had the same one when i started with my tank. It just went away by itself. You quoted "The Clown Fish Is Active And Willing To Eat." this means that they are ok, just a bit stressed. They need about 20 or more gallons to roam around freely. It maybe the cause of your ich mystery. As for chemicals, I would not use them, IMO. Check out these threads.

New Blue Hippo Tang with ICH??

A couple other questions about ich recognition

Its not regarding a clown fish but it may help you decide which route you want to go curing for buddy.
