got little white insect like ant kinna thing on my glass wall. is it harmfule. it got like 8 leg i think

I don't know what that could be. Maybe some larve from your substrate? Possibly some sort of hitchhiker? Look it up on www.wetwebmedia.com. copipods, amphipods, hitchhikers, live sand bed? I use question marks because I'm not too familiar with what you described, but maybe someone will have an idea. good luck
