Ocellaris clownfish eggs would be an orange color initially. I doubt that what you are seeing is clownfish eggs unless you have a mature spawning pair of clownfish in your 10-gallon tank. Do you still have the damsel, too?

no i took the damsel back to a LFS, becuase it was attacking the clowns, and im not sure if there a mating pair, but they did come out of the same tank

i just figured that there not eggs... it would be impossible for them to have mated and layed eggs in a 2 day period, taking that it was the first 2 days ive had them.

Pulling up a very old post here but.........I have a pair of Ocellaris clowns in my 75 (currently FOWLR). I have had them for about a month. They went through a lot of the female chasing the male from the center of tank and nipping him at feeding time. The last two days things have changed markedly. They have been doing a lot of dancing and rubbing and the female has been spending a lot of time cleaning the sand. The male just hangs out and watches. Then they will do a lot of shimming and shaking. Its really cool to watch. These are tank raised and pretty young still. I'm guessing its too early for them to be spawning but they sure are looking like they are working on something for sure.
