It would probably be risky. According to Fishbase, the Humuhumu nukunuku apua'a (that's its full Hawaiian name) eats "algae, detritus, molluscs, crustaceans, worms, echinoderms, fishes, sponges, foraminiferans, and eggs."

This may be a stupid question but i was just wondering if a cleaner shrimp would be eaten by humma trigger? I've read that groupers will allow them clean them, but I'm not that familiar with that type of shrimp. Will the trigger know thats what the do, and allow them to groom him, or would they be an expensive snack? just wondering cause i was reading that they set up stations for cleaning and grooming, thought it would be cool to see. I think the humma will make a quick meal out of them, so i wont waste the loot on 'em.
