I just got back from a friends house who I havnt seen in a while. He has a 75g FOWLR and 2 aquaclear 500 filters and 50 lbs or so od live rock. No skimmer, No overflow,no nothing and the tank looks fantastic! Been setup for nearly a year he says. No nitrate problems,water quality is great. says his phosphate typically is off the chart but this has no effect on his fish.
