newbie questions

Have 80 gal 3 wk old FO tank that has CC substrate and wet/dry filter and skimmer.I have 2 perculas, scopas tang, and a henny.
Would like to add a tank cleaner (crabs and/or snails). Any suggestions?
Also, we started with store bought saltwater. When we tested the salinity after 2 weeks it was only 0.019. We are gradually adding more salt to get the level up and now it is 0.021. We are only adding a 1/4 cup mixed w/ existing tank water to the sump slowly 2 or 3 times a day. Can I add more at one time? I heard not to raise the salinity more than 0.002 at a time, but would like to be in the higher range. Can the crabs, etc. handle 0.021?
We used "bottled bacteria" to start tank.Any one else ever use this ? All level tests are good so far.Started with some brown algae, but understand this is normal for new tank.
Would like to only add 2 sm angels, or 1 other fish under 10" . Any suggestions?

Lacey,
I would suggest not adding anything more right now . Let the tank settle in and stabilize. 3 weeks old is pretty early to be stocking what you have already. Inverts dont add much to the bio-load but I would still wait before adding some . Let things settle in for awhile. I keep my water at .023-.024 . Yes you want to make changes slowly but you could go faster than that. You could go from .019 to .021 in the course of 2 days and that would be no problem with what you have.
