Rose BTA
I recently purchased a gorgeous Rose BTA. I brought it home on friday and on saturday i fed it a silver side fish. To my knowledge the enemony ate it. Wednesday i tried to feed it again, would not eat at all, today thursday i tried to feed it again, no luck. The enemony looks healthy when its fully open its about 6 " in diameter gorgeous colors . any suggestions? I tried to feed it raw shrimp, octopus, and scallops as well, would not eat any of them.

Hi mechanic, Welcome to Reefland!
Maybe the Anemone is not hungry. Typically a feeding every 3-5 days will be good enough. If it is not taking the food now, give it another couple of days and try again.  Scott Z. |
