Finally took plunge

Well, after about two months of research and prep, I finally added my first fish to my 100 gal. on Sunday -- six blue-green chromis -- to go along with 20 astrea snails.

I added just about fully cured LR a couple of weeks ago (40 lbs) -- I plan on slowly adding more as time goes along until I get to about 100 lbs.

Ammonia didn't spike a whole lot, nitrites went off the charts after a couple of days, but for about the last four or five days, amm and trites have been negligible. Trate has been in the 5-10 range.

Any way, thanks to everyone for all the help and info. This board has been a wealth of info. Whenever I've had extra time, I long on and read.
