Ok so I have been doing lots of research while I have been slowly setting up my tank. I have decided to scrap any ideas of keeping Tangs, and have decided to start with a FOWLR plus a few inverts. Please look at the list a fish I would like to add to my 125G Tank and see if this is a compatible list. These fish will be added over the course of a year with the Mandrin being the very last fish I add. Have to make sure I have enough copepods. Tank is coming along fine. I should have live rock in it in another week.

(2) Ocellaris Clownfish, Amphiprion ocellaris
(1) Royal Gramma Basslet, Gramma loreto
(1) Firefish Goby, Nemateleotris magnifica
(1) Green Mandarin, Synchiropus splendidus
(1) Wheeler's Watchman Goby, Amblyeleotris wheeleri

Your list looks very respectable. I'd suggest only two bangaii's however, and these two chosen only after sexing them. They will pair off as they mature, but if you're unlucky enough to have a couple males in the bunch, they'll fight.
It's an interesting mix of fish with some you don't see every day. Should be nice!
