Aside from the obvious lighting (normal output would be fine) heater, powerheads for circulation, a decent skimmer would round out your start up needs. Are you planning to use live rock? What type of substrate do you plan to have? Does the tank have a sump?

In all seriousness RP I would treat it like your reef tank... DSB and Skimmer...

Figure out what fish you will have and then we can do a better job of helping. The fish you keep will ditate the flow, filtration needs, hidding places amount and what you can keep with them for clean up crew.

You need:

A Tank
A Bucket of Salt
A Load of Water
A Heater (maybe two 300w for a tank that size)
A Skimmer
A Light System (using T8 tubes is fine)
A form of mechanical filtration (A canister filter and/or a sump with media)
A Form of biological filtration (Live rock/sand and/or a wet/dry filter)
A Few test kits (pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate to start off)
A Thermometer and hydrometer/refractometer
A List of live stock to post here!!
A Bit of free time for maintainance

Good Luck
