As some of you remember a while back some of the members here at reefland.com came together and helped me re-purchase a snowflake eel that i got and lost w/ in a few minutessad story. But The good news is he's alive and still doing quite well. In fact I gave him some new digs. I merged my 2 reefs and gave TRE--The Reefland Eel-- his own tank (45g) he really hasnt grown all that much to my surprise but he eats twice as much, i wish i had his metabolism still
. And I was wondering If snowflakes will play nice w/ other eels or not? Obviously Id buy a small eel (at the time of purchase) for a 45g tank as a tank mate but other than this little guy I dont have much experience w/ eels. I know lions and trigs do well w/ eels but if possible Id much rather it be a moray species tank if you catch my drift. The tank has lots of hiding places and what not and Tre spends the better part of the day sleeping until the lights go out so I wouldnt mind adding another eel if possible. What say you guys? Ive read all the info sheets over at wetmedia and they dont really say one way or the other on any of them to keep them in a species only or 1 per tank or anything so I figured Id ask you fine folks.
Thanks guys.
Jon
