Strange behavior??

Hi guys..I have noticed my clownfish laying against the grate of the filter in my tank recently. They both look to be healthy and swim around the aquarium normally and respond to feedings or even seeing someone come near the aquarium very normally. Much like a dog when his owner comes home. Is this something I should be worried about? The water parameters all test in ok ranges. My aquarium log is public and you can view it if you'd like. They tend to more frequently do it at night. I've even noticed them doing it sometimes during the day. They just swim over close to it, then wait for it to pull them against the grate.

Thanks.

I wouldn't say it's normal but there isn't anything you can do about it. Now, for clowns to look a bit lazy while sleeping, meaning to hang out on the bottom of the tank, that is normal and nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reassurance. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't my fault they were being lazy. I posted a thread a little while ago worried about if the current in such a small tank was too much so maybe it was wearing the little guys out. I wish I could house an anemone they could call home to relax in, but not experienced enough yet. (Nor do I have the equipment to). I'm really interested in expanding shortly though, so I'll be posting help on planning and setting up a new 90 gallon aquarium. I think I'll call it "ReefLand" as I plan to basically build the tank on help and guidance from all the great members here.

I would not worry about it ,fish tend to do allot of things that seem strange but as long as there eating and swiming I would say don't worry
I have a fish that loves to mount on top of my power head ,he stays there a good part of the day, he has been doing this now for about a year
