And a home made blend of every type of seafood I could find at the market, chopped up fine and added flake food, garlic and selcon then froze the bag flat.

What food do you use?
I currently am using Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef fish food. Seems tasty , the fish love it and it seems like it has the nutrients they need.

Ocena Nutrition Brine Shrimp Plus (I think is the name).
Mixed diets are definitely better.
As soon as I can find some, Mysis Shrimp will be included.
