Sand

Should I buy live sand in a bag that has water in it and good bacteria or should I good the sand rocks?

Can the two be put together or should it be seperate?

I was told to buy the sand that is dry then add this think called Grnge in it to activate it. What do you recommend?

I'm not sure what your first question is asking but IMO you should just buy dry sand and seed it with small portions of live sand from other systems. Much cheaper this way. Search sand on this forum and you will figure out what you need to do.

i have used that wet sand in the bacg.. it is really no benefit to buy, although the good thing about it .. when you are ready to put water in the tank.. lay down your dry sand.. how ever much you are using thatn put a bag or 2 depending on your tank size of the wet sand on top of it..... this will help saturate the dry sand and keep you from getting as big of a sand storm as you normally would with just dry sand...

Awesome, I'm going to keep those 2 bag of sand.

Should I keep a combination of the sand with the white crush sand?
