    Red face deformed coral-banded

alright, my tank has been up for months and months now. My coral-banded shrimp just shed again. But when he came out his legs were all curled and under developed, same with his antennas, he's missing one claw, and he smaller pincers are very deformed. I fear he will be dead soon. I have one large maroon clown, and a smaller clown in the tank. But they seem to be co-existing fine, what the heck is going on. I got a Bio-Wheel Emperor, with extra activated-carbon. Help!

it could very well be an iodine deficency or a calcium deficency. i am leaning more towards iodine.

i use loguls soulution. it's a very concentrated iodine supplement. it goes in at the rate of 1 drop per 25 gals of actual water. stepping up your partial changes helps a lot also.
