some film forming above the eye
hey. i just recently got a sail fin and i am just noticing that there is something like a film forming above his eye. he deosnt look well either. he is not swimming around my tank, just staying in one spot. his gills are working alot too. please help. thx again!

The fish needs to be quarantined and treated. Look for signs of parasites, like scratching or head shaking.
In the hospital tank, treat the fish with Maracyn and Maracyn II. If there are parasites you may have to treat by using hyposalinity or by using copper.
