What is their original color and what color are they now? Are there any new additions to the tank?

And you noticed the change as soon as you put them in the new tank? How long have you had them in total?

If they are doing well, eating and active, I wouldn't worry about the color of them. It could be peraps a defense mechanism in the fish.
