My emperor angel is really healthy doing great eats like a pig. But he has a bad habit. When I clip freeze dried seaweed(soaked in garlic guard, zoe, zoecon) to his seaweed clip he always eats the bottom part of the seaweed off the clip to the point where he tears it completely off and I have to re attach it to keep it from floating into overflow. I think he does it on purpose because it makes me mad and also when ever he is finished freeing it from clip he stares at me like it is a game or something.

well does anyone have any ideas on how I can keep him from doing this I have tried really small pieces but he does the same thing. he eats silversides, angel formula, gracilaria, chaetomorpha, racemosa. prime reef formula one formula 2 spiralina formula, VHP Special, Trigger formula, even stole one of my ribbon eels' live guppies, eats pretty much what ever I put in the tank. I just like to leave the algae hanging on the clip so he can graze throughout the day, but I have having to fix the seaweed every 30 mins or so.

any info would be very helpful.

Fixed I out smarted him. I took a small peice of LR and the freeze dried seaweed and rubber banded it to the LR now he can't pick pick the bottom so it floats away. also got rid of seaweed clip it looked ugly anyway.
