About LinkBacksWould you guys recommend a good flake food that will keep fish healthy and vibrant? I have noticed that my Yellow Tailed Damsels are getting pale.

No, not one flake food but several different types of food. Get a mix of Ocean Nutrition flakes (Formula 1 and 2, Prime Reef, Brine Shrimp Plus, etc.) and also get some nutritious frozen food (we use Hikari brand Mysis) and supply your fish with a mixed diet for best health.

Thanks a lot, that's what I am looking for. I do feed them frozen brine and Tetra Marine, Marine Flakes, which to me is probably not the best. That's what the LFS recommended.

There is a special food that i make for all my fish and inverts, I have been using this stuff since I got back into reefs and salt water fish. If your interested pm me for the receipt.
