FOWLR noob needs advice

Hi guys i just joined RL forum today,
I started a 29 gallon FOWLR aquarium about two months ago its now fully cycled. I use an Emperor 280 and Prizm Skimmer for filtration.

Water:

Ph: 8.2
ammo: 0ppm
nitrite: 0ppm
nitrate: 20ppm
Alk/dKH: 8

My fish are:

1 Three stripe damselfish

1 tomato clown

1 picasso trigger

I know the trigger is going to get huge and that its supposed to be very aggresive. I'll probably have to return it to the store but is there anyway for me to keep it? What is the smallest tank a picasso trigger can be safely kept in? Currently its only 3 inches and very peaceful. It pretty much minds its own business and leaves the other fish alone.

Wut special lighting does a FOWLR aquarium need? Right now im just using the bulb that came with the aquarium hood

I don't know specifically about the trigger but about the lighting it really doesn't matter. Your fish care that you have a day/night period but other than that any light will do. Some people run actinics on their FO systems but that's just a personal preference. It's when you wanna move up to corals that lighting becomes a big factor.

I looked around for you and found a few links on triggerfish you might want to read. This site is maintained by Robert Fenner. Many people in this hobby respect what he has to say and his site can be very informative.
go there and find the heading that says
Triggers, Files, Puffers; (Tetradontiforms)
