Feeding a Regal Tang |

I have read mixed opinions on what to feed my Regal Tang. Any suggestions? Thanks !!!

Hi Aqua Man,
![]() Our Paracanthurus hepatus will eat anything we put in the tank! For any tang (or fish for that matter) a mixed diet is the best approach. They will browse on algae in the tank a little but not like other tangs will. Greens are good for them though. We feed ours a mix of Ocean Nutrition flake foods (Forumal One and Prime Reef) and it also gets enriched Brine Shrimp and Mysis Shrimp. You could also try some of the various greens available on the market to see if there is any interest.
