Well that is what they do best in captivity. You might try mysis shrimp. You can get a box of feeders from http://www.biologylab.com only $100 for 1,000+ shrimp. Another possiblity would be hawaiian red shrimp Stockly's sells 100 for $20.95 postpaid if you need more you can get them from ocean rider. See http://www.ecosaqua.com and http://www.oceanrider.com
Then there is frozen mysis the best comes from piscine energentics see http://www.mysis.com they may know someone who stocks it in your area.

Next time research before buying anything for your tank, will save you a lot of heart aching in the long run.
Also make sure the fish you want to buy is eating before you purchase it. Ask the employee to feed the fish and if they wont do not buy it.
Any way try live brine soaked in selcon, if it eats that then start trying frozen mixed in with the live till it is eating frozen. You will need to feed it a very min of 2 times a day and for healthy specimen at least 3 times a day.
