Eye scarring.
I bought a Brownbarred Goby and as I was adding a little of my tanks water to his container, to get him acclimated, he jumped right into the tank. He disappereared for a couple of days, I thought he was dead when I saw the signs of dead fish slime. Well he seems fines now except for the fact that he has what look like cataracts over his eyes. Do you suppose this will give way to his normal look?

It could be infected. It is common for fish to suffer some physical trauma to the eye(s) from being netted. Sometimes this will heal on its own, but adding garlic and/or beta glucan to the diet might help.
