25% weekly which for me is 110gals. I should buy stock in IO salt.

There's no where in Tampa to get filtered, sterilized (UV) natural salt water? I can get it here on the other side of the state cheaper than buying the big buckets of IO. Of course, I don't go get 110 gallons... transportation would be a major task...

Well, I do have a boat but I think I'd have to go pretty far out in to the gulf to get any decent water. We always have an issue with red tide over here. You just never know when it's going to flare-up. I don't know of any place that sells it.
I buy the boxes of 200gal IO for 42.99. I guesss that's not too bad.

You gotta point there... and add the price of gas these days, and it may be cheaper for IO!

IO=Instant Ocean salt. Most people I've talked to can't find the 200gal boxes. The more popular containers are 150gal buckets. I guess I'm lucky enough to have a LFS that carries them.
I get mine from Fish and Other Icthy Stuff in Oldsmar, FL

So your tank is somthing like 440gallons? Why weekly water change? My tank is 300g with a 75g sump and 58g refugium I only change 30% monthly with no illeffects.

10.22% weekly. That's 70 gallons and that's all I can make up at one shot (conveniently)
